Meet Joe
Joe’s the one looking after your place, calling in the right people, and keeping you updated.
Before starting MPM, he managed over 100 rentals and sold more than 200 homes in the UK. He moved to Queenstown in 2014 and brings a mix of hands-on experience and genuine care to the job.
Meet Beau
I’m from Phuket and have called Queenstown home for eight years. With a Hospitality Management degree and hotel leadership behind me, I learned calm service, tidy systems, and how to look after people when it’s all go.
Property management was a natural step. I care about detail and people, and I make sure owners and tenants feel informed and supported.
At Mountain Property Management I keep the day to day running smoothly with clear updates and solid follow through. Off the clock it’s yoga, long walks, and summer hikes.
