An independent, professional inspection for owners managing their own tenancy.

How much is your management fee?
Standard Management is 8% + GST, and All-Inclusive Management is 10% + GST. The right option depends on your property and how hands-on you’d like us to be.

Yes, contractor and tradesperson costs are separate to our management fee and are billed for the actual work carried out.
What is the $500 emergency authority?
It’s agreed authority allowing Mountain Property to spend up to $500 in a genuine emergency, when immediate action is required and we cannot reach you, subject to your management agreement.
